What we use your file for

We only use the file you send to build your audit. Nothing else.

Where it is kept

It stays in our private system with restricted access. You send it through a protected page, not by email.

Sharing

We don't share or sell it. We do not pass it to third parties.

How long we keep it

We delete it when you ask, or 90 days after your audit is delivered, whichever comes first.

What to leave out

Please remove driver names and other personal data from the file before sending it.

Questions or deletion requests

Tell the person you spoke with, and we will confirm the deletion.
